Administration and governance of ICE Condominiums is executed through a volunteer board elected by property owners. The Board oversees the operations, maintenance, and administration of the condominium. The condominium management team administers maintenance, finances, by-law enforcement, and other operational areas. The manager responds to all owner/resident-related requests and questions as they arise ensuring a timely response.

Please note that guests must comply with all rules: short-term rentals may not be used for parties, no smoking is permitted (including in units and balconies), and guests may not use the amenities (gym/pool).

Airbnb is the only permitted short-term rental hosting platform.

Host Information

TSCC 2510’s declaration permits unit owners to carry out short-term rentals. The corporation's rules related to short term rentals require:

  • Compliance with the City of Toronto by-laws; notably, short-term rentals can only take place in an owner’s primary residence, and cannot be rented for more than 180 days per year.

  • Tenants and landlords are prohibited from carrying out short-term rentals.

As a result, only those who own and live in their units may host short-term rentals. This represents only a small number of the units at ICE Condominiums.
