TSCC 2510’s declaration permits unit owners to carry out short-term rentals. The corporation's rules related to short term rentals require:
Compliance with the City of Toronto by-laws; notably, short-term rentals can only take place in an owner’s primary residence, and cannot be rented for more than 180 days per year.
Tenants and landlords are prohibited from carrying out short-term rentals.
As a result, only those who own and live in their units may host short-term rentals. This represents only a small number of the units at ICE Condominiums.
