ICE Condominiums is pleased to announce a new program with Airbnb.
Program Highlights
Airbnb will be the exclusive short-term rental platform for ICE Condominiums
Airbnb will provide a dedicated team for more expedient resolution of questions and issues on all matters
ICE management will have direct access to the Airbnb booking information
A revenue sharing fee will be deducted from booking charges (applied to the base booking charge) for building operations and services including access to 24x7 security and check-in
Why this program?
ICE Condominiums is unique in that our Declaration allows for Short-term rentals. We have a community of investor owners and resident owners.
Our goal is to truly represent all our owners needs equally – balance the needs of investor owners and resident owners. That means making ICE Condominiums both an excellent investment and a desirable place to live.
Vision
Our vision is to accomplish the goal of serving both investor owners and resident owners equally through responsible short-term rentals: licensed and compliant STRs; vetted and accountable guests; a platform that is easy to access and use by owners; a place of enjoyment for guests and residents alike. We feel this can best be achieved by improving the overall management of short-term rentals.

Airbnb has a mature, well established user-friendly hosting platform and processes to enable responsible short-term rentals. They ensure hosts are licenced and compliant and have a partnership with the City of Toronto to support this. Airbnb also works closely with third-party property management agencies to support efficient, effective, and responsible short-term rentals end-to-end.
