ICE Owners Elect Two New Board Members and Adopt Electronic Meetings By-law
September 28, 2020
On Monday, September 27, 2021, the owners of TSCC 2510 (ICE Condominiums) voted to elect Mr. Greg Brown and Mr. Mason Ross to the Corporation’s Board of Directors. Owners also voted to adopt an electronic meetings by-law, which is expected to improve governance accessibility, reduce the condominium’s environmental footprint, and reduce expenses associated with in-person meetings after the Ontario Government’s emergency order ends.
“I’d like to thank everyone who voted and attended the AGM for their support,” said Greg Brown, “I look forward to working with existing board members to get things done and make a real difference.”
Addressing owners, Mason Ross said “I look forward to taking a deep dive in terms of understanding the nuances of the building and making a meaningful contribution as part of the board team.”
During the AGM, the Board and management remarked on the strong financial performance of the Corporation, having ended the fiscal year significantly under budget and with a fully-funded Reserve Fund and significant contingency funds.
ICE Condominiums is eager to continue working with our partners and stakeholders in the local community to prioritize the condominium lifestyle experience for our long-term residents, and to contribute to the vibrancy of Toronto’s downtown core.
