ICE Owners Elect Two New Board Members

On April 29, 2026, the owners of TSCC 2510 (ICE Condominiums) voted to elect Ms. Rebecca Fang and Mr. Alexei Gratchev to the Corporation’s Board of Directors. Owners also voted to adopt an electronic meetings by-law, which is expected to improve governance accessibility, reduce the condominium’s environmental footprint, and reduce expenses associated with in-person meetings after the Ontario Government’s emergency order ends.

“I’d like to thank everyone who voted and attended the AGM for their support,” said the new directors, “We look forward to working with all stakeholders to get things done and make a real difference.”

During the AGM, the Board and management remarked on the strong financial performance of the Corporation, having ended the fiscal year significantly under budget and with a fully-funded Reserve Fund and significant contingency funds.
