ICE Condominiums has awarded an exclusive contract for its concierge services to King Security Inc. The agreement represents a commitment of professional values of King security and demonstrates a mutual commitment to delivering service excellence within the ICE Condominiums community.
ICE Condominiums maintains a full-service security and concierge team, with 24/7 service in both towers, and as many as six security and concierge staff on-premises during peak hours.
As ICE Condominiums continues to implement resident-facing enhancements that make it a best-in-class downtown community, we see King as a key partner in executing on our vision. An important part of this is the newly-added role of Site Directors; two highly-qualified members of King Security’s team will be responsible for ensuring an excellent resident experience and leading a team that fosters a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment.
ICE Condominiums will benefit from King Security’s unique approach to security and concierge services, which includes its excellent training practices. Delivered via its own in-house team, alongside exterior experts, foussing on Conflict Resolution and Customer Service.
